I'm gen consistently into + enjoy exploring SWANA and Central Asian food, as it is what I grew up eating. It is cool seeing different crossovers and variations of familiar dishes or pantry ingredients. I am also very lucky to live in the bay, where I'm exposed to so much good SEA, East Asian, Mexican, and Central American food. With all the grocery shops here, it is very satisfying to explore and try my hand at it.



I don't eat pork XXX and a few types of seafood for religious reasons. I am also uh, technically allergic to wheat... but I don't care. Nothing can keep me away from it!!!


My favorite flavor is SOUR!!
Followed by bitter and spicy! I love ONIONS, full fat dairy, and meat!
