Well for now, what is 'in it' for me is: good practice while I learn html/css, spreading Snail Web further, and most importantly stealing clients from creepy apps/sites that want to shlurp up and sell your data!

I've never worked for Palantir, yes that Palantir.

I guess it is uh, very useful and profitable to map social affiliation patterns, gps/location movement, language + slang (yummy for realistic AI lang. models), political alignment, and so forth.

All while tying in fun stuff like your phone number, live location, and probably whatever other aggregated metadata shows up in association with any of the things listed.

Truly no shade to anyone using Partiful, etc. I moreso disapprove of "it" wanting to use you! Now that I'm learning how to do this website stuff, it is easier for me to make alternatives. No data scraping, not monetized, totally respectful of your digital privacy here ;-}
